For The Price, A Very Good Watch!! Very Good build and finish quality, and over the years, one has learnt to trust the name ‘Casio’ very well!! Not sure what the difference is between the 527D-1AV and 527D-1AVEF, and will be glad to find out!!The bezel moving crown makes the job of using the slide-rule a bit cumbersome!!! A simple bi-directional bezel is generally totally sufficient!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER……BEWARE…. This model is really a nice watch visually. It has descent functions and locking crown . I’ve really only warn this watch a small amount ,mostly for special events. Not terribly expensive at +-100. Purchased in April 2017 Probably worn 10 times. still looks flawless. So I recently went to try it on and the Spring Bar that holds the Band Clasp together broke. The tip holding in the inner spring broke and was and was not to be found. I tried to repair by ordering replacement pin kits thru amazon…

Great looking Aviator watch at a budget price. If you’ve always wanted an Aviator watch but thought that the price point was too high, you’ll be pleasantly surprised by this watch. It is stylish. Cons: The numbers on the E6B slide rule around the bezel are small. If you have trouble focusing in close, it will be hard to use. But I believe this is the same for any simlar watch.
