This product installed fine but will not activate This product installed fine but will not activate. I have tried repeatedly to no avail. The package arrived sealed from Amazon. Tech support is absolutely horrible. They provide a phone number to a foreign call center, but you can’t talk to anyone when you call without a VS code. You have to register with their website to get a VS code. After all of this, then entering my VS code, they connect me to an tech support person whom struggles with english. And….yep, that’s right I have to tell them…

…won’t play Blu Ray movies on my HTPC. It’s playing my DVDs really nicely. The picture looks fantastic. However, I have not yet been able to get it to play Blu Ray movies. It starts to load the Blu Ray disk, then it stops and just kicks me back into the screen that has the “Play” and “Resume” buttons.

Excellent! Works great for playing back either Blu-Rays or DVDs in full screen on your PC. This software does things that Windows could never even imagine. If you are on the fence between this and WinDVD, this is totally the way to go. Much more user friendly interface, and much more advanced options, if you like those, other wise just leave them alone. The only downfall is you will be aggravated to upgrade every time they release a new version, which is every year, and it is not free. The aggravation…
