Burn it!!! I am blind with anger at this printer. Forget all it’s positive features, if one color ink cartridge is empty or not working, all functions of the printer stop working including scanning and faxing. And don’t think you can switch to gray scale to print. Epson’s own website acknowledges that you cannot print in black only, because a small amount of ink must come from each cartridge to print ANYTHING. I work in an office out of my home and because of this money grubbing exploitation to profit…

Try and try again – then give up on Epson. I ordered this printer in November 2014. In March of 2015, I started receiving error message 0x9D and was never able to print a page again. After going through the Epson website for maintenance and help, I contacted customer service. They responded quickly and instructed me to call directly. Once I did this, they asked that I return the machine, and that they would replace it. Epson sent a new printer with a box to be used for the return, with a pre-paid FedEx label. I lost about two…

Dead printer that I can’t get Warranty service on. Purchased this printer in October 2014. It worked for a few days before it started jamming in the ink transport arm and giving an Error: 0xE8. I got 50 copies run off before it became absolutely worthless. I purchased the extended warranty with it, but they said that they don’t handle returns until the manufacturers warranty is expired. I have been trying to get the printer registered and covered by Epson, but their online system says that the serial number is incorrect. I have tried to…
