Actually Unlocked Very impressed with this phone. Definitely worth buying. I’m from the Caribbean and usually sceptical when purchasing unlocked phones but this one exceeded my expectations. The phone is fully unlocked just pop in your SIM and go. No hassle. Two thumbs up 👍👍.

I bought this phone about a month ago to replace … I bought this phone about a month ago to replace my old Samsung Sky. The phone arrived new in the box with the battery, earbuds, instruction manual, charger etc. I had no trouble setting up service in the U.S.A. via AT&T unlimited and I have not had any issues with the phone so far.

T-Mobile users beware. I bought two of these phones (one for me and one for my wife), but am returning them unfortunately. The IMEI numbers for these two phones are not recognizable by T-Mobile. What this means is these phones do not actually communicate on the 4G LTE network. They struggle to work on 3G (H, H+) instead. I am sad to say that this is a case of false advertising OR defect product. Seemed like such a great phone, but would not connect my phone calls to my wife half of the time.
